Evalino Productions Mission Statement
The Mission of Evalino Productions is to create a Theatrical environment where Respect for Theatre is held to a higher standard. To provide a mentoring program for our Young Adults/Children exploring all aspects of Theatre lead by professionally educated and experienced Adults. To empower Children, and to offer them challenges that help them grow as young Actors and nourish Self-confidence. To produce plays for Adults that have substantial messages and are true classics. To produce Musicals on the main stage as well as the Studio that includes Adults, Children, and most importantly Families. Offering our Patrons a theatrical experience where they will understand how passionate we are about Theatre by the quality of productions.

Sharing the respect for Theatre, nurturing Children in a professionally trained Mentor environment and giving Families an opportunity to be apart of Productions with their Children on stage or assisting off stage is where this entire project started. We have a group of volunteers for our Michigan Non-Profit Organization named Evalino Productions at The Village Theater At Cherry Hill’s 30,000 S.F. entertainment facility in Canton, MI that share an understanding of Theatre, the importance of opportunity, building confidence and most importantly offering Productions at a professional level.

My theatrical business experience includes Director of Development for two other Theatres in the past ten years including The Encore Music Theatre in Dexter from the ground up and now it’s time to take that knowledge having learned what works and transferring that experience into Evalino Productions.

I have extensive local, national and international theatre credits having studied a Meisner program while living in NYC for several years under the direction of Jim Bonney and love sharing that excitement with fellow thespians. Every Theatre project to me is a collaboration…. Freeing Actors and welcoming their input and contributions

The “Pay what you can” Actor fee policy for Evalino Productions is front and foremost!

Being a part of this production company and the enthusiasm from our supporters is almost overwhelming! I am so grateful to The Village Theatre at Cherry Hill for offering their beautiful 400 seat Theatre and the 80 seat Biltmore Studio to support our productions. We are a Theatre company that will offer Children's musicals, Family musicals and some meaty plays with positive messages. John asked me to be on the board as we sold out A Few Good Men weeks prior to opening, and even added a performance which sold out within a few days at The Village Theatre. The Patrons in excess of 200 at our opening gala was so appreciated, and we look forward to an upcoming fundraiser event coming soon and seeing everyone! Thank you to John, our entire staff of Volunteers, and of course the Families!
